R3P2D14 UP .8 :(

BOO.. I knew it! Oh well it is probably just water weight.. I will drink extra water today and hope the scale goes down tomorrow!

Here is what I ate today...

BF-- Apple

Lunch: Jay Robbs Protein shake

Dinner-- Chicken and Cualiflower

Snack-- Strawberry/Coco smoothie
